Registration Instructions for Argentina Residents

If you reside in Argentina and prefer to pay via a bank transfer the equivalent of the registration fees in pesos, choose the “bill me” option during registration. You will receive the bank account information in the registration confirmation email.

Please note, the transfer must be done in “Pesos Argentino” at the official exchange rate of the day. After the transaction, please email the transfer receipt for confirmation. Include the following information: name(s), amount transferred in US$, registration category, name on the receipt. You will receive a type “C” invoice from the Fundación Instituto de Investigaciones Biotecnológicas at the event. If you need a copy before then, please email Silvina Ceriani. Remember, if you don’t send the transfer receipt, we will not be able to identify your registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration by 1 August 2015, a cancellation fee of US$50 will be charged, which will be deducted from the amount that you already paid. Refunds will be made after the meeting.

Cancellations must be received in writing by email to Silvina Ceriani at sla2015@setac.org.

No refunds will be made for any reason for cancellations received after 1 August 2015. If you cancel your registration after the cancellation deadline but have not paid yet, the outstanding amount will still be due.
